THE MEANING OF CHRISTMAS
What does Christmas mean to YOU ? For me, it's a time for giving and sharing what you have, large or small with people you love AND with people you may not even know. Receiving is always so much fun, but that's usually because we haven't fully explored the art of giving which by far exceeds the pleasure we get from receiving.There is a warm filling feeling that comes over you when you see the face of a child light up when they have been given something small, which we would normally take for granted; like a pair of shoes, or fresh drinking water.This Christmas season, and hopefully throughout 2010 I hope you will join me in sponsoring a child through any of the excellent charities that are working so hard to bridge the gap between the needs and the lack of the our most precious gift-children.
